​This course will not run on the Public Holidays; 2nd April, 7th May and 28th May.

PRICE: £10 drop-in; £45 for 5 weeks if paid in advance, or £80 for 10 weeks if paid in advance.

This course is suitable for new students and students with some experience of the Wu Style Tai Chi form.

Wu style Tai Chi  brings a superior sense of relaxation to you. Moving through the series of movements with fluid motion and mindful presence, Tai Chi builds balance and relaxation combating stress and tension. Tai Chi is renown for helping reduce blood pressure and hypertension, as well as nurturing a greater sense of well-being through the gentle flow of the form.

When practiced regularly for health, fitness and wellbeing the slow low-impact movements of Tai Chi will:-

  • Improve Flexibility, Muscle Strength & Balance
  • Releases Stress
  • Improve and Maintain Energy Levels
  • Improve or Maintain Many Health Condition

The Sussex Health Arts Association is a group of Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Ba Gua and Meditation teachers, from in and around Crawley, who want to help the Community and individuals improve their health and well-being.

Our non-profit Association provides a series of classes and courses for improving health and well being and personal development through the teaching and practice of authentic Taoist Internal Movement Arts.
